So my son bought stuff twice without asking me, and now I'm stuck in this never-ending loop trying to get my money back. The people in charge of refunds act like they don't know anything and keep saying the purchases were made on a mobile device, as if that proves I did it. I keep telling them my son plays Roblox on his phone, not on a computer, so obviously, he's the one who made the purchases. Now they're just ignoring my requests. I suggest using gift cards or different payment methods instead.

Communicating with them has been frustrating, leading to a continuous cycle with no resolution in sight. If you're considering using this service, I would strongly advise against it based on my experience of poor customer service and a lack of responsiveness to urgent issues.
