I used to enjoy their games all the time, but it seems like winning is almost impossible now. I have a lot of friends I wanted to invite to play, but it just doesn't pay out anything, which is disappointing because I used to love playing. I'll update my review if things get better.

I have been using the services of Tao Fortune Casino for a while, and my experience was generally positive and fair. However, today, I experienced a brief internet connectivity issue lasting less than thirty seconds, and it didn't exit the game. When my connection was restored, I realized my bet had been reset to the casino's default setting, not where I had initially set it. In just a minute, I lost twenty dollars, which was quite surprising and took me a moment to figure out what happened. I reached out to their support team for assistance, and they apologized but insisted that I needed to screen record the issue. They claimed it wasn't their problem and offered no satisfactory solution. Essentially, if you experience a brief loss of connection, even if it's just for a few seconds without exiting the game window, your bet level may change to the casino's default setting, which is $1 per hand. They suggested I check my internet connection and provide a screen recording of the problem. Aside from that, they didn't offer any compensation, and I had to use another $20 of my winnings to continue playing.

I dropped my cash a month ago, and I can't even enjoy the game because it keeps asking me to reload. All I want is to play, or at least get your money back. Sounds like they're leaving me high and dry. Not cool at all!

It's a real shame because I'm digging their games, but if it's costing an arm and a leg to keep playing, I'm outta there. There are other sites in the sea with way more reasonable deals. Time to jump ship and find a better gaming spot!
