I’m not giving away the location. I’ve used Woodforest for a long time and have usually had good service. Today, I noticed one person in front of me while 2 staff members were behind a door. Then another person arrived and stood behind us. The staff finally came out, helped the first customer, and the manager then assisted the person behind me. It doesn’t matter who you are; good customer service is important. It's just basic respect. Please improve. She might be a regular, but I am too. I’ve been with Woodforest for over ten years. Isn’t it still first come, first served?

I’ve used this bank for years and even told my family

I’ve used this bank for years and even told my family and kids about it. But now they charge you just to move your own money from savings to checking. I’m paying $140 in fees, which is absurd and unfair. It’s clear they don’t value their customers, charging you for your own funds.

These folks were meant to close my account

These folks were meant to close my account after we raised a dispute and ended up losing all our funds, letting scammers get all our cash again! They couldn't care less about their clients!
