Overall, I’m satisfied with Wisey.app. It has strong value, useful materials, and a well organized system. The app helps me keep a stable rhythm, which is the hardest part usually. I definitely recommend it, and I rate it 4 stars for quality and reliability.

The app has a few imperfections, occasional loading delays and rare glitches, but the core idea and execution are strong. The educational paths are logically built, which prevents the feeling of being lost.

Not perfect, but definitely useful

At first I was skeptical because I’ve tried similar apps before. Wisey pleasantly surprised me with its clean interface and clear guidance.

I didn’t like that they charged me 17.99 usd for ebooks without telling me first and support said it was my fault and wouldn’t give a refund. Still, the training and content are good and fun, and I’ve learned a lot and like it. My advice to Wisey is to make the signup process more simple and clear, and don’t add extra things without asking.

Had my first lesson and it felt kinda basic.

Didn’t really feel like it was made for me personaly. When you pay for this kinda service, you hope it fits better to what you need. Maybe later lessons will do that.

Scam

I was scammed into purchasing 2 memberships somehow. When I saw the charges on my card account, I contacted them and was told, "oh well". I told them that I wanted to cancel both memberships. Look at my bank account this morning, about a month later, and see that I have been charged for both AGAIN.

Terrible company, do not use them

They add on extras during their very bloated sign up process and then refuse to refund the 17.99 for these unnecessary and unwanted ebooks. You have to do the course for 14 days straight and provide evidence, to receive a refund for the 15.99 trial. Definitely predatory.

Don’t do it

While I can’t attest to the apps usefulness because I never used it. Canceled it but they decided to sign me up for another trial without me agreeing to that. Then they charged me at the end of the trial. How much scammier can you get? Don’t trust them at all

Horrible Services

This app charges you a small first time subscription fee to them up charge you more triple the amount for your next month. DO NOT give into this app, no app is worth $59.99 a month which I will be reporting for fraud.

Money back fraud

the claims of a "money back gaurentee" is false, when you ask for you money back because their app is not anywhere what it claims to be, they tell you all sales are final. dont fall for this scam like I did

I didn’t enjoy the videos where the man just sits and talks to the camera. The main reason I chose Wisey was that I find it hard to learn from that kind of teaching style. I wanted help with my learning problems.

Never got to try it and billed three times the amount promised.

I impulsively decided to give it a try and never got any email to tell me how to set up an account, was billed the 19.99 and the following month 59.99. Scam.
