The process went pretty smoothly

The process went pretty smoothly overall. They were quick in getting the prescription approved and shipped out within a short time, which was promising. My issue lies with their free shipping method. They use UPS for most of the journey and then USPS for the last part. In my experience, this often leads to delays or even losing the package. I wish I had known about this before choosing the free shipping option during checkout. As of now, it's been four days since my package has been 45 minutes away from my house, stuck in limbo. Neither UPS nor USPS seems to have it. It's frustrating, but not necessarily the company's fault; it's just how they handle their free shipping. I'll update once I receive my package. I hope the company will assist if it doesn't arrive by tomorrow. Overall, it would have been a five-star experience if I had received my package promptly, as the company did well on their end. However, the lack of clarity about the shipping method leaves me a bit disappointed.

The service from Medzino was extremely disappointing. After waiting the entire promised delivery timeframe, I contacted them twice for an update on my order. They blamed a system outage and couldn't provide a timeline or tracking number. This company is unreliable!

Saved my life!

Saved my life! My doctor asked for $400 just to renew a prescription. But Medzino charges only $20 for a telemedicine visit. I sent pics of my skin issue and got my meds by mail within days! Their support team was really nice and quick to help!
