I never really got to use the app and got mixed up about my order and wanted to cancel, and they handled it for me which I really liked, since my ADHD mind didn’t even recall signing up.

I had to stop my subscription because of health problems. Brad and Jeremy made sure my subscription was canceled and assisted with the refund. They both supported me when I needed it and made the whole cancelation simple.

many of the parts turned out useful. 20% still felt too hard to follow. I got confused with the shoe story drawings showing the order, and about 20% seemed dull. I put 4 stars cause the useful parts gave clear value, while the hard ones I just couldnt get. I guessed some pictographs right, but still dont see how the number with two downstrokes in an "M" works. maybe it helps others, just not me. I did like the article talking about my need for large clocks and quick rewards, that really makes a diference.

Wisey is a scam—plain and simple. They know that ADHD affects executive functioning. They know we struggle with follow-through, time awareness, and fine print. They know we are more likely to impulsively subscribe to something that promises structure and relief. And they’ve designed their app to exploit those traits—not support them. That’s not ignorance. That’s predation. I signed up for what was clearly advertised as a one-month trial—no recurring subscription. But Wisey charged me again, without notice, without an invoice, without consent. When I emailed them, they claimed they “couldn’t find my account,” even after I sent them screenshots of it. That’s not a glitch. That’s intentional obfuscation, a classic tactic of bad actors who rely on confusion and friction to retain your money while eroding your trust

Helps me get started, still testing it out

I’ve been trying out Wisey to deal with procrastination. So far it’s pretty simple to use, and I like the focus timer. Not sure yet how much it will help long term, but it does make it easier to get started.

Absolute worst company, they are fraudulent and they do not honor their money- back guarantee. I used the app/ site less than 5 minutes and they refused to refund my money. THEY INCREASE YOUR ANXIETY. DO NOT USE. SCAM! KEEP YOUR MONEY, KEEP YOUR MIND, SAVE YOURSELVES FROM THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I think the lesson I got is that low self-esteem is the main cause of procrastination. Also, dividing big goals into smaller parts makes this huge job way easier to finish.

After reaching out to the company about my struggles after a nervous breakdown which led to my disability and inability to afford the app, they were really understanding and kind. I am almost in tears. I honestly don't know what to say. I just finished a tough 12 week CPT Trauma Therapy treatment, and it was all I could manage at the time, so I haven't used the app yet. That being said, the company was very generous and worked with me financially, making the app affordable for my situation. I would definetly recommend working with this company because they care about people more than money. That’s not something you see often in businesses today!

I am really pleased with Wiley. I can dedicate just a little time every day, and this app helps me stay focused while also teaching me methods to boost my productivity and mindset. Dealing with ADHD and other emotional issues, I find the app useful in managing my daily tasks and responsibilities with organized approaches. I enjoy it. I simply follow the daily steps in the app, which are easy to understand and informative, learning as I go. I feel so much better for it.

The Wisey team is very understanding and kind, and you can see they genuinely care about the welfare of their customers. I had an issue, and they responded almost right away, stayed in touch with me until it was sorted, and even checked back in afterward. I ask you, where can you find a service that truly cares about people? Right here at Wisey, that’s where. I’ve used other apps too, and I feel Wisey is one of the, if not the, best ADHD apps out there.

I'm really thankful to this company. The information and tools they provide, along with the valuable skills they promise, caught my attention. But, as life happens, I found myself paying monthly for a tool I wasn’t using. I was close to cancelling, but then I was offered a great payment option that made things easier. I appreciate this chance. I'll be sharing my experience with everyone I know!

Look, I’ve tried every productivity app known to mankind and half of them just stressed me out more. Wisey? At least it doesn’t yell at me for missing a day. The lessons are short, the reminders aren’t annoying, and it kinda keeps my chaos at a manageable level. Is it perfect? Nah. Does it help me not completely flop my week? Yeah, actually.

I didn’t like that they charged me 17.99 usd for ebooks without telling me first and support said it was my fault and wouldn’t give a refund. Still, the training and content are good and fun, and I’ve learned a lot and like it. My advice to Wisey is to make the signup process more simple and clear, and don’t add extra things without asking.
