    I'm not very happy with the product.

    I'm not very happy with the product. The frames feel flimsy and my vision isn’t as good as it should be. Probly won’t get another one.

    Alright, so I ordered these

    Alright, so I ordered these glasses thinking they'd be a great addition to my collection. When they arrived, I noticed they came straight from China, which wasn't mentioned anywhere on the site. The arms are a bit chunky and don’t really fit comfortably around my ears. But here's the kicker: the website is filled with nothing but glowing 5-star reviews. I mean, come on, not everything can be perfect, right? It feels a bit misleading. They should be more upfront about where the glasses come from and maybe allow for some honest feedback. I just wish they’d be more transparent about the whole deal.

    Glasses not received and no refund

    On the 7th August I received my glasses but they were the wrong prescription due to the incorrect details I entered in error. I emailed them but did not get a response. It was only until I contacted the Paypal Dispute team was when they responded straightaway. I then liaised with their customer support who instructed me to send the glasses back with the tracking details and confirm my correct prescription for the replacement glasses. I did all of this and contacted them. Vooglam then kept on saying that the Paypal dispute was still open and could not send my replacement glasses until the dispute was closed. Whereas when I contacted Paypal, they confirmed the case had been closed weeks ago. Long story short, it has been over 8 weeks and I still have not received my replacement glasses or no refund from them. Very poor and disgraceful customer service and will never order from them again.

    Received the incorrect order from their sister company, with no response beyond a standard auto-reply. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue by offering to resend the glasses in question, frustration and disappointment prevail. The lack of communication and unresolved mix-up with another customer amplify the negative experience.

    DON'T BUY FROM VOOGLAM!!!!!!

    They are holding my $ hostage. I didn't like their glasses and asked for a refund. They keep telling me they can only give me store credit due to system issues. They will not release my $. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. YOU ARE WARNED!! 9/25/25

    I just got my 12th

    I just got my 12th pair of glasses from Vooglam, and I'm thrilled. Their designs are fantastic, and I love matching them with my outfits. Over time, my eyesight has worsened, so new glasses are a must. If I had to buy them from an optometrist, I'd never afford this many pairs. Vooglam makes it possible for me to have stylish eyewear without breaking the bank. Big thanks to Vooglam for keeping me looking sharp and trendy without draining my wallet.
