    I recently stayed at the Movenpick Suriwongse Hotel in Chiang Mai again. The location is great, right near the Night Bazaar and various shops. The staff are very helpful and meet all your needs with a friendly attitude. Even though I didn’t use the tour services this time, their offers are reasonably priced. The hotel is clean and doesn’t have excessive charges. I recommend this place highly. I've already booked a suite for my next visit in October 2024.

    I used Trip.com for the first time while visiting family in the UK, and I'm impressed! Instead of renting a car, I booked train tickets through the app and saved a significant amount of money. The platform was incredibly easy to use, and the savings were amazing. I'll definitely be using Trip.com as my go-to app for future UK visits.     Theo and Howard from the Duty Managers team worked really hard to assist me with cancelling my hotel booking, making several attempts to reach out to the hotel.     Hotel service was great..location is superb

    Hotel service was great..location is superb 2 mins walking distance from Munchen HBF. 5 mins walking distance from Hotel for City sightseeing Hop on Hop bus terminal. We had a great 2 nights stay @Maritim Munich. Breakfast was very good for Nonvegetarian people. But there is no option for Vegetarian people. Request you to include options for them also.

    Fast, dependable service!

    Fast, dependable service! I booked flight tickets with trip.com and faced no issues. I used to book on a different site for my BKK - TOKYO trip, and they cancelled my paid tickets without asking just 6 days before departure!!! In the end, our trip cost over 2.5 times more than expected! Since that moment, I never use any other service.

    Awesome company and app to have on your phone. Very useful! I have bought hotel stays, train tickets, and even found cheaper tickets right when I needed them. You simply put your payment card in the machine at the station, enter the code, and get your tickets. Plus, you earn trip coins that can be used for your next buy!

    I booked my flight with trip.com and got a fantastic deal with extra baggage included. After paying, I saw some negative reviews and got worried it might be a scam. But it turns out it's legit. I reached out to their customer service via online chat, and they replied fast, helping me with the booking process in a clear way. It's a bit more complicated than some other sites, but if you follow trip.com’s instructions to get confirmation from the airline or hotel, the savings are worth it.

However, our stay was marred by two hotel-wide blackouts on June 21st. Despite calling customer service at least five times during the outages, no one answered. They only replied via WhatsApp after power was restored, citing a vague 'technical issue.' This lack of communication during a critical situation was disappointing and concerning.

    ⭐ 0/5 I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Trip.com, and I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this company. Here’s a detailed account of my ordeal: I booked a flight through Trip.com, which was scheduled for Thursday, June 27th, at 4:30 PM. The flight was delayed to 7:15 PM, and I received an email from Trip.com instructing me to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure. Following their instructions, I arrived at 5:15 PM, only to find the check-in counter closed. This was confirmed by the photographic evidence I obtained, showing the counter closed at 5:00 PM, 2 hours and 15 minutes before the flight. Despite my best efforts, including spending four hours on the phone with both Royal Jordanian and Trip.com, I received no help. Over the next three days, I made countless calls, often late into the night, trying to resolve the issue. I ended up having to book a new flight out of pocket, which further drained my resources as I borrowed money from friends and family to cover basic necessities. I presented all the necessary evidence to Trip.com, only to have them fabricate excuses and outright lie about the check-in times, shifting blame to the airline. Their customer service was abysmal, with representatives like Darren and Martha refusing to take responsibility, despite their initial instructions leading to my missed flight. Trip.com’s response was to offer a measly 5000 Trip Coins as "emotional compensation," which is an insult given the financial and psychological toll this experience has taken on me. They ignored my evidence, dismissed my claims, and failed to provide a satisfactory resolution. They even had the audacity to claim that the airline's check-in system was outdated, a flimsy excuse to cover their negligence. In short, Trip.com’s lack of accountability, dishonesty, and appalling customer service has caused me immense stress, financial loss, and a significant disruption to my personal and professional life. They are unreliable, untrustworthy, and have no regard for their customers. I will be taking legal action and ensuring that everyone knows about my experience with this disgraceful company. Avoid Trip.com at all costs – they do not deserve your business. Ghassan Solh

    We were arranged to stay in a hotel without water

    We were recommended to this hotel 景里亿宿 when we booked our trip to Lijiang Yunnan China via Trip.com planner. When we arrived we discovered that the hotel is undergoing renovation works. Neither did Trip.com or the hotel informed us before hand and we were being arranged into a room type which is not suitable for family, ie duplex with a bath tub in the middle of the room plus one needs to sleep on a sofa bed. We were not informed beforehand on the room change as our original booking is a room with 2 double beds. The hotel staff just said that that’s the only available option for us and it’s an “upgrade”! We booked the hotel with breakfast but were told the hotel staff preparing breakfast was on leave and there will be no breakfast! Worst of all, the hot water became intermittent during shower and the next day there were no water supply at all when we return from our day activities. The hotel staff was not apologetic at all amidst all these. We decided to shift to another hotel as we were totally disappointed with the service. Trip.com arranged us to another hotel after we made a serious complaint to them. However, Trip.com does not allow us to write a review on the hotel in their platform which is depriving consumer’s right to share their true experiences and feedbacks. They appears to push the blame to the third party planner engaged under Trip.com though the contract and payment were done with Trip.com. Just hope that our review can let others to make their judgement calls when making their trip arrangement with Trip.com.

    Privacy Concerns!

    Privacy Concerns! I attempted to book on Trip.com and provided all my details(name, date of birth, and full passport information) only to realise later that the passport details weren’t even required. When I contacted their support to ask why they collect this data, after a long back-and-forth, their response was simply that they keep it just in case it's needed!
