I found this company online after getting just 1 key fob for my new F150 Truck in San Francisco, which I drove and left in a remote area near Seattle. When I came back to SF, I knew I needed spare keys fast but every locksmith said they had to see the truck to program new keys! Tom’s customer help was good, though I soon realized I was mostly dealing with AI, and only once talked to a real person who was nice and helpful. I bought the EZ programmer box they suggested, hoping it would work—and it did! Fast and easy service, I would use them again. Only downside is the nonstop emails asking for reviews...

Tom's Key programming worked well. Got it on 12/4 in the evening by mail. My husband and I went through the video guide a few times. Within minutes, we finished setting up the new key fob. The next day, 12/5, I returned the rental programmer at the post office. I kept the receipt. Everything was clear and simple to use. When I sent an email question, the response came fast. It was a good experiance. I’ll tell my friends about your company. One small note: the return lable had a faded street number, making it hard to read.

The service functioned quite well. The details on their site varied a bit from what I got, but in a positive manner. I thought I'd need to download an app and link to their system. Instead, the package came with a small android gadget to use. It took around 5 minutes to set up the programming. I'm sharing this with everyone I know. It's way cheaper than going to locksmiths or dealerships that wanted around $400, and I ended up paying less than half that amount.

My experience with Jason was good

My experience with Jason was good, but after that he told me to reach out to customer support for a new key and they are really hard to work with because they don’t trust Jason and keep making me repeat every step, one by one, one email at a time. It doesn’t matter that I already did this with Jason over the phone.

After watching some videos, I ordered a programmer and a pre-cut key for my 2015 jeep compass. They guarantee 100% refund if you are not satisfied. I got my order in 6 days. It's as simple to program as the videos show. I'd suggest it to a friend and buy it again. Thanks Tom's key company

I had some doubts, thinking that coding

I had some doubts, thinking that coding the new key for our Highlander would be tricky. Not at all, it was super simple. Besides being cheaper than the dealer, the chance to handle the key at my own pace and mailbox without the 30-40 minute drive to the dealer was a great extra bonus.

I needed a key fob for my 2011 Chevy

I needed a key fob for my 2011 Chevy HHR Panel, and the dealer and others wanted a lot to program a new fob. Found Tom's Keys on YouTube and thought, why not? Shipping took a week and programming the new fob was done in just a couple of minutes. I'm very pleased.

The programmer didn’t work with my 2010 Toyota

The programmer didn’t work with my 2010 Toyota Tacoma at first, and the first directions from support didn’t help, but the team kept at it and later sent another set of better steps that finaly worked. So you can feel okay about counting on Tom's Key Company.
