It's reassuring to know

It's reassuring to know that there are still honest and caring companies out there. I initially signed up for the 3-day class with high hopes and expectations. On the first morning of the class, it became apparent to me that this might not be the right fit for my current financial situation. The class was informative and highlighted the investments and commitments required to make it work, which I knew I couldn't manage at that time. So, I made the decision not to continue with the remaining 3 days of the class. When I conveyed this to the staff, I was pleasantly surprised by their understanding and support. What truly amazed me was when they offered to refund my class fee. This experience showed me that they genuinely want to help people, and for those they can't assist, they certainly don't take advantage. A company with a heart!

We’ve said this before and we’ll say it again – working with Michael Hilkey during the coaching sessions has been the highlight of this whole program! While other parts of Tax Lien Code are nice, the coaching is what really helped us most. Michael helped us understand so many things: like how to figure out ARVs, finding good Rehab contractors, going through money lender choices, and using normal finance too. He also knows alot about how homes are built and different design stuff. It’s always great chatting with him about his past and current RE deals, and how they help us on our own path. There were a few times we almost closed good deals, and even tho it didn’t happen, Michael helped us look at those times with a clear view. He made us see how those tries will help us next time with better offers (he kinda became like our RE therapist, and we really thank him for that!!) We apreciate him tons and can’t wait to keep working with him more on this RE journey.

We are really happy to be involved with Tax Lien Code. The seminars are useful and enjoyable to join. Everyone we’ve met is friendly, polite, ready to share knowledge, patient, and very professional. Our Real Estate Coach, Roy V; and Mindset Coach, Holly C. have done a great job teaching us and helping us develop. In just two months, we bought 10 liens, 1 redeemed, 1 I filed a TDA on, and the other 8 are in a batch I’m holding for a year at 16%, then I’ll file a TDA on them if they don’t redeem by then. We also recently won two parcels of empty land in a Tax Deed Auction. All this while organizing our Trust and LLCs to manage our business wisely. We are enjoying this and can’t wait to learn more strategies and meet more coaches and peers. Definitely recommend Tax Lien Code.

I've always believed that in any business or relationship, obstacles will arise eventually. My coaching experience with Tax Lein Code was no different. My first encounter with the process left me feeling a bit let down, as it was hard to connect (meet) at the agreed time. Eventually, I was assigned Dan Christiansen as my coach. I had my own system in place and didn’t feel like I needed basic help. What I truly needed was someone experienced to guide me through the finer points and potential risks of my strategies. After all, you don’t know what you don’t know. Dan proved to be very helpful in this regard. His advice really sped up my understanding of this fascinating field of tax liens/deeds.

In just 4 months, after finishing the training and using the provided software, I was able to buy two tax deeds and now own land in two different states! Coach Tony is just fantastic, truly a gem. From the very first day, he kept it 100% real with us, and I honestly can’t give him enough credit. If I could rate him higher than 5 stars, I’d be throwing a hundred his way. He was an incredible help, and both my brother and I learned so much from him. His approach is so engaging and insightful, it’s hard not to be inspired. I’m actually considering working with him again soon, maybe even as partners in some ventures.
