Is it possible for the staff at this branch to be any more friendly? I enjoy bringing my dogs here, and they’re always welcoming and kind. The coffee and food are warm and tasty, and they serve it all with a smile and a nice chat. Parking is simple, right near some woods where you can take the dogs for a quick walk. The team makes your coffee just how you want it, any mix, and the dogs are spoiled with their favorite pupaccino. I visit often, really like it.

I visited the Dalston Kingsland High Street cafe last Saturday and ordered 2 lattes, a cake, and a croissant. My experience was not great. The cleanliness of the cafe was not up to standard. The staff member, who looked like the manager, didn't seem to care much about how the customers were feeling. The cake and croissant were dry and hard, as though they had been left out for too long. It felt like they were selling old, leftover items that should have been thrown away. In the end, it was a bit of a letdown, and the food was not very appetizing. The lack of focus on food quality and customer service was noticeable.

My concern is with the VERY slow WIFI connection. It is so slow that I often cannot load my Starbucks app to make my payment. The staff know about the issue and do their best to handle orders quickly. But it seems like the management hasn’t bothered to improve the WiFi. This has been a recurring issue for months, even though many customers have raised it! Still an ongoing problem!

I planned to pay with cash for my coffee, but they told me they don't accept it. It seems that some locations don't allow cash payments, which I think is not right. Because of this, I probably won’t go back. It's still important to use cash, even if cards are more convenient. Supporting businesses that accept cash seems like the right thing to do.
