I had an issue with the delivery guy leaving
I had an issue with the delivery guy leaving my package outside while I wasn’t home (they dropped it off on a different day). I got in touch with customer support and told them what happened, and they quickly sent a replacement order. The help I got was really good. I buy all my stuff from this site and think they are great.

The product was okay but the delivery was slow. I paid for next day shipping but it arrived 3 days after. I tried reaching out on the second day but got no answer. I might buy from them again, just don’t spend cash on fast shipping.

I've bought from them several times in the last few years
I've bought from them several times in the last few years, the products are decent and not too expensive but the shipping is a total disaster. I pay for BW+ unlimited next day delivery, placed my last order on Saturday morning and it still hasn’t arrived. It feels like every order I get is delayed, which is annoying when you pay for NDD. Plus, the deals saying spend £20 for a free warrior bar are always expired lol.
