I reached out to Sphynx Kitty Home to inquire about visiting a few kittens on a Saturday morning last month. I was told I needed to pay a deposit, which would be used towards the kitten if everything went as planned, or refunded if it didn’t. The deposit was meant to confirm that I was serious about buying from them. I took the ferry, messaged them, and arrived at the address. However, when I got there, the people at the location had no idea who I was or that they were selling Sphynx cats. I tried contacting them again by phone and email. After a while, I finally got a response saying they had to rush a family member to the hospital. I requested my deposit back, and they said it would be refunded once they returned home. As of today, I have not heard from them, and I have yet to receive the refund. They are not legitimate breeders, and I feel like I’ve been scammed. It's really upsetting to think they took my money when I was hoping to adopt a pet. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be reporting this to the police and the Attorney General’s office. Be cautious when dealing with them!

I originally thought of getting only

I originally thought of getting only one kitten from Sphynx Kitty Home, but I ended up taking home two! Looking back, this turned out to be a great decision, as Rocky and Lulu are always together. Both kittens are healthy, energetic, and super cute! Alisha has been very supportive throughout the whole process. She answers my questions quickly, and it’s clear she knows a lot about kittens. She also checks in regularly to make sure they are doing well.
