This company doesn't seem to care about the people who offer their homes for stays. My recent experience was not good. The person who stayed at my place didn't feed my pets properly, leaving them hungry. Also, there was damage to my property. When I tried to write a review about the house sitter, they wouldn't let me. I tried to complain about this, but they promised to call me back at 12pm GMT and ended up calling at midnight, only to hang up after one ring. The reviews of house sitters are unreliable, and you can't trust who stays in your home. The company seems aware of this issue but doesn't take any action.

I agree with others who find the website a bit awkward and occasionally tricky to navigate, but we managed to use it, and it worked well for us.
