I've been using this service for almost a year now and faced various issues, mostly unrelated to technical aspects. Despite these non-technical challenges, I continued using the service because the technical side of things worked well. However, in the past few days, I've encountered errors on the proxy end, as indicated by the error codes from the http client. I reached out to customer support, providing clear testing instructions for the technical team to follow. Unfortunately, the response was swift but dismissive. They claimed they couldn't perform any tests, even though the testing instructions were straightforward. Now, I find myself blocked and without a functional subscription.
