If I had to suggest something, it would be for better software, knowing their good customer service would help. Overall, Munbyn's IPDA has helped my business. It's a good choice for any entrepreneur.

I bought two printers from Munbyn, the 103b and the 941b. I decided to stick with the 103b because I couldn't get the 941b to align properly. The customer support was really good, they contacted me often to help. The 103b printer aligned automatically and didn't waste any labels, which was great. I love the Android App, it's really good. It has all the features I need to make custom labels from my phone. Other apps I tried were not as good as Munbyn's. I'm also using Canvas on my PC and the labels align perfectly with it. I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because the 941b printer didn't work out. It had alignment problems and wasted labels, but Munbyn sent me more labels to replace them. Thank you for your help, Munbyn. I recommend them because of the app, printer, and support.

Product was shipped quickly. The Android 8-inch tablet with 700 nits for sunlight readability is excellent. Additionally, it can be used as a GPS and a phone if you add a SIM card. Jim with customer support has been fantastic. He responds quickly to all of my questions with examples whenever possible. I couldn't ask for more. He has made using this new tablet easier and has cut down on my frustration level a lot.

Really liking this MUNBYN Android barcode scanner phone. I needed a handheld terminal with a barcode scanner but was unsure about the trigger. This one's great as it comes with a detachable trigger handle. Had a small software problem (totally my fault) and the manufacturer responded promptly to assist me in fixing it.

Awful company, don't bother with their products. This company is a total time and money sink. They won't do anything but make you waste your time and energy. The firmware on their machines is outdated, making it a real pain to update. It's practically useless until you manage to update it. I switched to Rollo.
