A few weeks ago I bought 2 shirts and one of them got cut during shipping. I didn't put insurance on because I thought I didn't need it since the last times all went so smoothly. Well this time it didn't and it wasn't the seller's fault but USPS did the damage. I contacted the company to see if I could get another shirt and I was fully prepared to pay for it. Well, what a surprise I didn't have to pay a penny and the issue was resolve in less then 48 hours and that over the weekend. Now where does that ever happen!!! Even if you have been a costumer for quite sometime this just isn't the case. So thanks to Dana who was fast and right on the ball I got another shirt and it came quicker then predicted. I was totally blown away. This was such a great experience and hassle free. Thanks a million for such a pleasant experience.

Placing an order before Christmas resulted in a disappointing delivery on December 28th. Despite over three weeks of attempting to contact customer service, there has been no response. The delayed delivery and lack of support have left me extremely dissatisfied. Regrettably, I won't consider doing business with this company again and caution others to stay away due to these issues.

I'm really thankful for this company. I've been looking for a specific insignia for my son, who is in the Infantry, and had no luck finding it anywhere. It's great to come across a company that values veterans. I've bought clothing and phone cases from them, and I'm satisfied with every part of the process. Ordering is simple, shipping is quick, and the packaging is good.

I encountered an issue with what seemed like a subpar or faulty item. The customer service sent a replacement without charge once I shared a photo and detailed my issue. I can't see how a company could offer more. Reading some of the harsh, bitter reviews from other buyers makes me wonder what they were hoping for, as if they used the threat of a bad review to get it.
