The company tried hard, but my small account got too much attention. Still, no leads. Calls aren't answered. Emails fail. Voicemail full. Common issues, but hurt my workers' comp practice. I'm 1/14, $175 each.

The onboarding was smooth, and their support team, especially Jennifer, was really good. It would be better if I could change lead filters on their website instead of having to email support, but since they're quick at responding to emails, it's not a big problem.
