Only problem was my design "moved" a bit when saving and I didn’t see it until it was too late, so some names were placed too low and I had to re-print half of them - I’d suggest checking right away when you get the confirmation so you can fix anything within 30 minutes. Other than that, I’m very happy with them.

Purchased a picture

Purchased a picture and what they call a hanger from this company. I was really upset when it arrived. The picture quality was really bad, and the frame (hanger) was just four pieces of cheap wood and string. I could have found something better at a kindergarten club! I bought it for my dog who had just passed away, and it was really disappointing. I'm going to report them to trading standards because of how bad it was.

They won't own up to anything, whether it's returning stuff, quality complaints, wrong items, or even dirty paper. I wouldn't bother using them again, not even if you offered me money. It's disappointing because they make big promises in their terms and conditions.
