No reply to emails

I ordered a two piece swimsuit on 12 February & received a response saying they had my order & would let me know when it was being shipped. Since then I have heard nothing & got no replies to my emails either. I am worried that this might be scam.

Waiting on Refund - clothing is awful

I ordered four items which eventually turned up and are nothing like the pictures. Quality of materials used are cheap and nasty. Requested a refund for all the items and no response. Total waste of money. Please don’t use this company

Poor communication

I purchased a dress from rosyday. When I opened the parcel the labell on the plastic packaging that the dress was in had XL ,which is what I ordered but the dress inside was a small so emailed rosyday to send me a return label three emails later still got no reply of them . Very disappointed that I haven't had a reply and would point out that I have been a very good customer to date and would have hoped for better service from the company.

The advert really catches the eye

The advert really catches the eye. The ordering process feels simple and clear. I’m just hoping the delivery doesn’t take too long and the item is of decent qualty. Looks good so far!

Even though the delivery came quick, they never reply about returns. I have emailed them many times since July and still no answer. Really not recomend this company.

Pretty nice website, but I didn’t enjoy the way they added ‘a bundle’, it was hard to find and remove. Overall, the site works fine and loads quick, just wish some things were more clear and easy to use.

Clothes came and they are good quality, fit as expected. Colors look nice and material feels comfy. Delivery could be a little slowr though.

I felt a little unsure after seeing some of the comments, but it turned out fine. I bought two pleated dresses and a handbag, and they all looked great. Delivery took some time, but that’s not the company’s fault.

Disappointing

I had to wait a long time for my summer dress to arrive. I'm a size 12 but had to order a size 12/14. However, it was so large, more a 14/16 at least. Due to some negative reviews about waiting for refunds, I have decided to alter the dress myself to make it fit. Such a shame as it was hoping to find another clothing website.

It took several weeks to arrive, so not great from the UK. The material was said to be shiny and mermaid style, but it’s just a simple print and doesn’t look like that. They remove all comments on their Facebook page too. Customer service did answer my messages, at least.
