    I placed an order well ahead of time to ensure my product

    I placed an order well ahead of time to ensure my product would arrive on schedule. Unfortunately, there was a shipping issue (nothing to do with the company) and my package didn’t arrive when it was supposed to. I contacted customer service for a return/refund and got a fast reply from a friendly representative. They not only offered me a refund, but also allowed me to keep the product, saving me the trouble of returning it. The representative was really nice and seemed genuinely interested in the situation, not just answering because they had to. All in all, it was a good experience and I’ll definitely order from PatPat again.

    Christmas Pajamas We bought Christmas Pajamas and they came right on time for Christmas. They are so comfy and soft. Every time I contacted customer service, they were really helpful, much better than other companies I’ve dealt with. I’m very happy with Pat Pat and will be ordering from them again.
