I realy like their mystery box. 4 shirt for 20$. That's cheaper than most shirts alone. Always cool shirts. For example, just got a A Perfect Circle. I've got Bob Marley, Emienm, Snoop Dogg, Nas, Sublime, and The Cure before. Can't go wrong with a mystery box. Grab yours today!

Frenchie shop is a really good company. I bought some things for my puppy and they were too small. The customer service is really nice and helpful. They talked to me and told me what to do. They also got back to me really fast. I'm happy with them, I'll definitely buy from them again and tell my friends and family about them. Also, the clothes are really good quality! I like them a lot. Thanks Frenchie shop. Keep doing what you're doing.

seriously annoyed right now! Ordered something for 64 bucks, and they hit me with a whopping 97 bucks on my card. Like, what?! I get wanting it before Christmas, but 53 extra bucks for shipping? The key chain was just 11, but they went all out on my card. The email says 64, but my bank swiped 97. Emailed them, demanded a full refund – I'm done with this site. Absolutely ridiculous.

What a headache! Tried to get a refund for a shirt I returned because it was too big, and they straight-up refused, claiming it was washed. Um, nope, I didn't wash it. They insisted they could tell by the collar and the smell – total scam alert. To make matters worse, the girl on the phone was rude as heck. Could practically feel her eye-rolling on the other end. Absolutely AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Yesterday, I placed an order for a hoodie for my stepdaughter, only to realize later that I accidentally ordered an XL instead of a Large. Panicking, I immediately sent an email upon receiving the order confirmation. To my surprise, Frankie, one of the owners, responded within 5 minutes, reassuring me that it was not a problem and that they would make the necessary changes. Wanting confirmation, I asked for proof of the modification, and once again, Frankie promptly sent a screenshot reflecting the corrected size. I've never encountered such outstanding customer service, especially with one of the owners personally addressing my concerns. They have certainly earned my business, and I look forward to supporting them again! A big thank you to the team for their exceptional service!

When I brought this to their attention, they blamed me. However, upon checking my order, it was clear that they got it wrong. I bought 8 shirts from this company and also got a grab bag. Most of the shirts were cool, but there was this one that had some gross stains on the sleeve. So I was like, no biggie, I'll just wash it. But the stains were still there! So I hit up their customer service a bunch of times, but all I got was crickets. And when they finally did answer, they basically said tough luck, we can't do anything about it. Um, excuse me? It's not fair that I got a dud and they won't do anything to make it right.
