$900+ dept for an office I never rented?!

Have you ever been unexpectedly billed for a service you didn't register for??? Three years ago, I rented three virtual offices, ensuring automated deductions through my card. Imagine my surprise when I discovered unauthorized billing for a fourth office, amounting to a debt of $900+! Their manager mistakenly registered this fourth office in my name, and they have been billing me for it for three years now!! Over the past six months, I have written more than 20 letters and called their managers, but they continue to send me emails demanding payment without addressing their own mistakes. On May 15, 2024, one of their managers called me (she wanted to know when I would pay the debt), listened to my issue, and promised to investigate and send the results via email. Today is July 17, 2024, and I still have not received a response from them. Despite assurances of an investigation, no resolution has been provided for over two (!) months. TWO MONTHS!!!! The lack of transparency and accountability in this matter is deeply concerning. I urge you to reconsider any dealings with this company until they address such serious oversights and improve their customer service response and their process for resolving such cases. As for me, I will never use their services again.
