The way your billing cancelation works is outdated

The way your billing cancelation works is outdated. An employee tried to explain it by saying, "we don’t want bad actors to get access and easily cancel services that could delete server data with important info on it." But you have no problem taking money right away, with no similar care for your process? What happens if someone wants to set up their own server with someone else's cash just as easily? A good company would address this and find a better way. It seems this organization is missing the creativity or values needed to improve the system. Have a nice day.
