AVOID THIS PLACE! Premium Health Coral Way, Miami, Florida, is a chaotic mess. During my visit, they misplaced my test orders, leading to a three-hour wait. Administrative blunders, like misspelling my name, caused an hour-long delay in accessing my results. Attempting a virtual appointment due to medication issues resulted in unreturned calls. At a recent follow-up, despite confirming appointments and insurance details, they attempted to charge me $125 instead of my $10 co-payment. The staff, especially on the second floor, were rude and unhelpful. Don't bother—communication, efficiency, and professionalism are severely lacking.
