Good thing - Phil RX kept me in the loop with alerts before a prescription would be filled and also told me when it shipped. Any time I had a question, the customer servise got back to me quickly and helped out. Not so good - I didn’t get any alert that my refills ran out or that the prescription was no longer valid. I know it's my job to track that, but since they message about other stuff, it would’ve helped to get that too so I didn’t miss days without my eye drops.

After contacting Phil to request a refill it went pretty smoothly. I don’t know why my prescription stopped this last time because i did not pause the prescription. Also due to me having to choose a new prescription insurance (65 yr) i am disappointed that Well Care does not cover the prescription. I would be pleased if Phil voukd give a discount or coupon. This would help me greatly.

The prescription came fine, but the box was dented and the vials had completely slipped out of their sleeves into the envelope. It didn’t harm the product, but it felt like it wasn’t secured enough.
