I ordered portraits for our two dogs last year and just got another one this past month after we adopted a third. The portraits really capture their personalities and little quirks, and they look great in our front entry. I bought a handmade tufted rug for my dog, but when it arrived, it was just a low-quality printed rug. I contacted them, and they told me to return it for a refund, so I sent it back with the tracking number they asked for. Now they have the rug, but I’m still not getting my money back. They are scammers, and I’ve lost my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Cheap garbage from China.
