I recently bought a new pc that was built and shipped by Specialist. After a few days, I had a problem with the machine and contacted the PC Specialist support team on Sunday afternoon. The next day, I got a quick reply from Joshua Holliday-Jangegard asking for more details, which I sent over. Then, I got a call from Joshua where we went over the issue in depth. He made sure I understood the next steps to solve it and sent me both written and video instructions to help. Great customer service. I couldn’t have asked for more.
