Brandon and EGO were very helpful! They managed to transfer server ownership from my friend's account to mine in less than 18 hours after I first asked. It could've been quicker if we'd answered their questions more promptly, but their support was solid. The machines are excellent too; even running 4GB on a 1.20.1 server with 50 plugins, there's not a hint of lag, which is impressive since 1.20.1 usually needs more RAM. So, overall, a great company with solid support!
