I can only talk about reserving our next Parkability experience cause my reservation is for next month. But, we've used Parkability at many airports at different times and have been really satisfied with it.

I had a tough time signing up with a different parking service, it was really confusing, so I just stopped trying. But then I tried Parkobility. It was simple to book an off-site airport parking spot and pay for it. I'd definitely suggest it to others.

The parking experience started

The parking experience started fine with an email guiding me to the lot. But when it came to getting my car back, there were no directions. Trying to figure it out in the rain without clear instructions was a struggle. After asking around in the lobby, a helpful employee explained the process - you have to find someone to check your ID, reservation, and card. It took 45 minutes to sort it out. The company should update their instructions for customers.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my order at the very last minute. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how easily and smoothly the cancellation process went. Not to mention, the prices offered were reasonable and the overall experience was satisfying.

I am extremely dissatisfied

I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. They have completely ruined my experience by stealing my hard-earned money. When I visited their establishment, they did not even bother to apologize or make things right. Now, I do not want to hear any excuses about giving my money back. This company needs to take responsibility for their actions and refund my money immediately.
