The customer service be horrible when it come to cancellations.
by Regan

The customer service be horrible when it come to cancellations. I canceled my service 1-1/2 years ago and they kept billing me. It's very HARD to cancel. The setup be easy and the cost be reasonable but if you wanna move on, it's gonna be a big headache.

The Ooma Office interface is really confusing.
by Carlos

The Ooma Office interface is really confusing. Their customer support is very bad for a big company. They don't email bills, keep charging old cards, and try too hard to keep customers unfairly. It's surprising they haven't gotten into more trouble.

I've been with Ooma for over 8 years.
by Dan K

I've been with Ooma for over 8 years. Everything's been fine, just a little static sometimes. Customer service was good when I called with problems. I had to switch back to a landline eventually for work, but overall, it's been a good experience.
