We tried Omaha Steaks and signed up for Gold member. Big mistake. First order all wrong and thawed. They did resend it but no discount. Second order took 6 days, all thawed. Called again, they'll resend it. If it comes, tomorrow, 4 days. We like the food, it makes life easier, but two orders, two issues. Not good for Omaha Steaks. Last order maybe.

Omaha Steaks keeps up its good quality

Omaha Steaks keeps up its good quality and frozen packing. But, I'm upset with FedEx delivery. They never follow instructions. Ring the bell and place on table, but they only put it on table. Bell is ignored. It's been a big problem, especially in summer. Omaha is a big help during Pandemic, providing meat when others couldn't. But, promotions are dull and repetitive. They should target promotions based on what customers buy regularly. We get too many burger promotions. Used to get useful cooking tools as incentives, but not anymore. Overall, Omaha Steaks is reliable for quality, though a bit pricey. Customer service is always good. Thanks, Omaha Steaks and staff!

I think the company's convenience

I think the company's convenience and quality are really good. I was hesitant for years, but when I finally tried it, I was happy. I'm picky about my food and I found the quality and convenience to be awesome.

Though the meat was okay

Though the meat was okay and shipping was on time, won't buy again. Got too many texts and emails, even after unsubscribing. Kept bothering on all gadgets. Be careful!

I made an order on March 9th

I made an order on March 9th, and by March 15th, I hadn't heard anything. When I called customer service, they said they tried to call the number I provided, but it was wrong. They also claimed they emailed me about a credit card issue, but I didn't receive any such email. My husband had no problems ordering from them three years ago, but their service has declined since then. I decided to cancel my order and won't be ordering from them again. Overall, I'm disappointed with this experience and wouldn't recommend ordering from them.
