Last Friday evening after collecting my order from the courier depot with some items missing and feeling upset (as my daughters team had a game on Saturday morning) i called your customer care team. I can only say i was amazed by the care i got from Samantha what a delight it was talking to her she even rang me back when my call cut out to listen to my issue and my worry about the next delivery.
