The staff CAN be kind sometimes
The staff CAN be kind sometimes, but as a new and current tenant I have noticed them being unfriendly, impolite, uncooperative, and unhelpful. They rarely inform me about problems that need fixing, the phone often goes unanswered, no return calls. The customer service is really bad.

Great help from Amaan & Jess at My Property Box.
Great help from Amaan & Jess at My Property Box. They guided me on setting the rent and set up viewings. Later they shared names of tenants and checked the one I picked. Smooth servise all the way and they always kept me in the loop. I would surely recomend them.
