This store is really bad.

I bought a suitcase that was the wrong size. When I returned it, I had to pay $62 to send back a suitcase that cost over $200. They didn’t give me back the full amount I paid. They claimed they only spent $6.95 to ship it to me, but it would have been $40. So, they took $40 off my refund and didn’t give me back $39.50. I have never seen such a terribel policy – they said it’s written in their rules. Don’t buy here if you think you’ll need to return anything.

I purchased a flight jacket based on the advice

I purchased a flight jacket based on the advice from their phone staff. Unfortunately, it turned out the person didn’t have the right information, and I received a jacket that was too large. I sent it back at my own cost, and they confirmed they got it. However, it’s been more than three weeks and I still haven’t received my refund. Oddly enough, they deleted a negative review I left for them on their website. In the end, they gave me wrong details, didn’t take responsibility, made me pay for their error, and still haven’t refunded my money.

Picking the right size jacket was a bit of a wait

Picking the right size jacket was a bit of a wait, so I went with one size up since it was available. It’s just perfect for my grandson’s first birthday coming up next Saturday. We even snapped a photo today (using our phones) to get a glimpse of how great he’s gonna look ❤️❤️. Only thing is, I can't figure out where to upload the picture.

I bought an XHUD1000 that didn't work and returned it. I chose 2-day delivery, but it took a week to get here. MyPilotStore accepted the return but took out the shipping fee from my refund. They also kept $400 from the gift Visa card I used to pay.
