    I wouldn’t recommend them

    Man, dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I ordered some books over six months ago, and guess what? They never showed up. Apparently, they got "lost" in transit and can't be tracked at all. What's worse is that my personal info might have been compromised, which is just scary. Every time I reach out to them, they just ask for my order number and PayPal info, but nothing ever gets resolved. It's just a constant loop of emails with no real help. They just don't seem to care about their customers or their own products. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, unless you enjoy endless frustration.

    I was pretty excited about

    I was pretty excited about the customer service at first, but things went downhill fast. They promised me a free reprint, but I'm still waiting. Email responses? Forget about it, they used to reply, now nothing. They even said they'd call me, but that never happened either. The worst part? They updated their website, and now my entire 376-page book has to be reformatted. All my hard work, gone just like that. They assured me I'd get my book orders by Christmas, but at this rate, it’s impossible. It takes weeks to format and review, and time's running out. Feeling really let down.

    I’ve been on quite the

    I’ve been on quite the journey trying to get this book printed. You know, I spent ages answering all those questions, adding pictures—this was supposed to be a special gift. But then, nothing. A whole year passed, and still no book. Tried reaching out to the company, but it felt like I was talking to a wall. Just when I was about to give up, they finally got back to me. Turns out, I missed a final step. Who knew? Anyway, after all this time, they say my book is finally in print. Can’t say I’m not excited, just waiting for it to actually show up now. Feels like it’s been forever!
