Initially, I thought this might not be trustworthy. But after going through everything, I realized I was mistaken. This place is really helpful for those without insurance or who feel judged by regular doctors. The only trouble I faced was finding a pharmacy for my prescription. However, I discovered RX OUTREACH PHARMACY, where prices are low, and for a bit extra, they can mail your meds to you in two days. I didn't even know mailing meds was possible. They fill and mail almost any medication, which is great. I can't say enough good things about Medvidi and the online pharmacy. If anyone struggles to get their meds filled, which I'm sure many do, try this route. It's frustrating when pharmacies won't fill prescriptions from doctors more than 50 miles away. It's tough for recovered addicts like me, trying to live normally and needing psychotropic meds. But Medvidi, thank you for giving people like me a chance to live normally. You're a lifesaver. THANK YOU.

I got an appointment within 24 hours and got my meds, but it took 6 days. After reading so many bad reviews I was stressed the entire time. I had the appointment at 8 pm and the next day, my pharmacy still hadn’t received my prescription. I reached out to customer service and they advised that there is some internal policy that requires them to hold the prescription for 24 hours after the appointment which I found sketchy but whatever. Then after 3 days the pharmacy received the prescription but of course, because the prescriber was over 50 miles from me, the pharmacy flagged it and would not fill it until the spoke to the doctor. That added an additional 3 days but it was the weekend so whatever. They did respond to me every time I reached out, even though 75% of the time the answers were vague and unhelpful. The service is legit and that’s what matters. Now that I understand the process, I’ll definitely use them again in the future.

This establishment is a nightmare. They falsely present themselves as psychiatrists to prescribe medication, providing ineffective codes. Doctors constantly rotate, charging exorbitant sums to credit cards. Despite filing a police report, the harassment continues, and they pressure for appointments. Beware of this California-based company; it caters to those seeking prescriptions, abruptly cutting off access and insisting on costly rehab. Elizabeth Hagen's leadership is questionable. Google the company, and you'll uncover a multitude of issues. Steer clear and consult a licensed psychiatrist for genuine assistance. The persistent emails threaten closure if not responded to, adding to the frustration.

HORRIBLE COMPANY

Horrible company, stay away! Had a 6:30 appointment, logged in and provider was a no show. Called customer care while on hold and was told I would receive a text in a few minutes, it didn't happen. Called again 15 minutes later and told the same thing, and again received no text. I was # 1 in queue and it took over ten minutes both times for someone to answer. Finally, after waiting over an hour for a provider to show I called back to customer care and after 19 minutes I hung up because they never answered the phone. I have all the screen shots to prove this in case the company tries to jump in and say it didn't happen. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional company!!

I've been with Medvidi almost a year. Mickey, your team member, was the most professional and caring. He handled my issue quickly, kept in touch every step of the way, and managed to calm me down. My phone overheated and shut down, so I couldn't turn it on until it cooled down. When I finally called, he dealt with it in 15 minutes, got me a new appointment for the next day, and fit me into the doctor's schedule somehow. Other representatives should learn from him because he not only was professional but also showed he cared about my well-being. All reps should strive to be more like Mickey. Than you

Disheartening.

Disheartening. In the past seven months, I managed to fill only one prescription, despite paying out of pocket and consulting with three different MDs. The continuous stream of lies, unprofessional behavior, and language barriers is astonishing. Attempts to secure my medication involved more than 15 calls to pharmacies over three months, with no satisfactory results. Despite being aware of the medication's backorder, the lack of effort and empathy from the company is apparent. The gaslighting and rudeness further contribute to a disappointing overall experience.

Despite no longer needing a previously prescribed medication, the process to update my records has been cumbersome. The provider insists on unnecessary steps, like obtaining a letter from my original doctor. It feels like an unnecessary hurdle, causing delays in getting my necessary meds. The pharmacy eventually got the prescription, but they can't proceed to fill it because the provider is out of the area. The pharmacist is struggling to contact the doctor's office, and despite my numerous calls and emails to customer support, there hasn't been any progress in having the doctor reach out to the pharmacy for script verification. The situation is quite exasperating.

Unfortunately, the scheduled session remained in the booking phase, and my attempts to contact them via phone or email have proven futile. They listened attentively to my concerns and were very friendly, showing high levels of empathy throughout our session. Every time I've scheduled a visit (monthly), something's gone wrong. Payment or ID issues, site glitches, appointments confirmed then canceled, forms not working, conflicting messages by text and email. Their only saving grace is my care provider. Her calming manner keeps me coming back.
