SCAM

After being sent first month of medication you are never contacted again. However, they continued to charge you $399 per month for medication you DO NOT receive, then will charge $286 for Dr. Appts you do not go to. This is a total scam. To date I've been erroneously charges over $1, 200 without receiving any medication or Dr visits.

class act company

I want to start by saying the complete staff....doctors,nurse assist. and admin are a class act #10 rated group... when I was looking for a company to assist and administer my medical needs to help me with my weight loss, I found Medvi/CareGlp and after communicating with them and going forward with subscribing and them advising me the best route to take I proceded to go forward with them and their professional advice. I however should have contacted my persnal physician to see if this was the right way to go applicable to my health background and it turns out not advisable. Medvi/CareGLC totally understood and respected not only me but my doctor's advice and personally sent me texts telling me so and cancelling my prescription and refunding my payment. WOW, what a class act this company and all of their staff are. they have a difinite 10 rating in my book. thank you all again.

The site didn’t keep my intake form

The site didn’t keep my intake form, so I only found out when I came for my first appointment. Support team helped me fix it fast. It was a bit of a hasle to go twice, but both providers were kind and knew their stuff. I value how quick they solved my problem and I’m ready to continue this journey.

Total Scam and Would Give a 0 if Possible

I would give Medvi a 0 if I could. I have been taking Zepbound 10 mg and indicated same in 2 places on their quiz along with providing them with a copy of my prescription. I was hesitant to try one of these companies but was trying to save a few bucks instead of ordering direct from El Lilly. Medvi staff has admitted in writing that they prescribed the wrong dosage despite having my prescription. I then immediately canceled my account and they refused to refund my money. Then they falsely claimed that the medication was both "shipped" and "received". They admitted to me today that it was never shipped and I have received nothing. They prescribed the wrong dosage, they claimed it was shipped when it was not, and claimed the medication was received which it was not. They basically stole my money and refuse to refund me and have stated blatant falsehoods both on the phone and in writing to try to justify their fraudulent and improper business practices. Given that they are delivering medications to people, this is just dangerous. The company is a total scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM MEDVI EVER!!!!! BE FORWARNED!!!!

SCAM

Canceled account in March 2025 becaude I necer recieved any product or medical contact. At the time, my intial eval fee and rwo months billed were refunded. However, for whatever reason, the account was only paused and billed started again at $299 a month in July 2025 without authorization, contact or ever receiving product. I realized this by the third month in September. They would only refund one of those because of a thirty day only refund policy. To date, I have never received any meds, or never had any contact from a Medical professional. How is it legal to charge without sending any product or providing any service????

DO NOT GET SCAMMED! I have now been on their "medication" for 2 weeks. My 3rd dose is due today. I have not changed my eating habits or exercise during this period of time. The same routine I did when using another company's medication. With their program, I lost 1+ pounds a week. With MEDVI, I not only DID NOT LOSE AN OUNCE!!!!! I weight EXACTLY the same now as I did then. Therefore, I am 100% sure they are supplying customers with a B12 placebo to achieve the pink color so that people think there is actual medication in the bottle.

No medical supervision whatsoever

Their first line customer service is very nice. After that, it is impossible to even get an email response from a provider. This organization is a disaster waiting to happen. They take your money immediately but could care less about your healthcare.

Sadly a Scam

These people have no clue what they are doing other than charging people money and using some nurse practitioners that have no clue what their job should entail. Do not use, the worst of the worst.
