Marley Spoon has decent recipes
by Lola

Marley Spoon has decent recipes, but many weeks it's a mixed bag. Recently, it seems like they have all my favorites one week, then nothing appealing the next. Sometimes, there are too many specific types of dishes in a single week (like lots of Asian dishes), which leaves people who don't enjoy those flavors with slim pickings. More variety would be great. Additionally, it would be helpful to have a category for those with allergies. I am a vegetarian and selected that option, but I’m allergic to soy. Sadly, there’s no way to avoid soy-based meals or ask for a soy alternative, and often the vegetarian choices contain soy. Another aspect where Marley Spoon could improve is their packaging. I see their effort to be more eco-friendly, but my items have often arrived damaged (like broken yogurt cups, zucchini with pieces missing, spilled mushrooms, etc.). In general, I enjoy their recipes, but they could make some changes to improve.

I had a similar issue with my box delivery last time.
by Kseniia

I had a similar issue with my box delivery last time. Now, I can't even choose my delivery time during the day, and there's no way to contact the delivery team. Initially, I get a time slot, and I must be available for that. Then, they push the time back, leaving me waiting all day long. It used to be possible for them to leave the box inside my home if I mentioned it. If I'm not home, they simply say they'll come back another day without any further notice. I'm thinking about cancelling the service.

Marley Spoon is the second meal kit company
by mikethehill

Marley Spoon is the second meal kit company I signed up for, about two months ago. My experiences have been mostly good till now: the delivery is always careful and on time. Ingredients are of good quality (mostly eco-friendly) and they never missed an ingredient (that made me switch providers before). The recipes are unique and often quite delicious. And really simple and enjoyable to cook (and I wasn't a cook *at all*)...

It’s a pretty good experience.
by Jupp

It’s a pretty good experience. A few ingredients were missed or not counted right. For a first box, it’s okay thanks to the promo code. Paying full price might be a bit annoying. The recipes are great, fun to make and enjoy.

Company good, but send too many emails.
by Matthew

Company good, but send too many emails. Only need 3 emails a week for each box, just send tasty food.
