My package was robbed.
by Ludmila

Hello! My package was robbed. I orderd a jewlry from Macy’s and the package was delivrd by UPS. I receivd the package ripped off in the middle and put back together with a tape. The insid of the jewlry box was also ripped off and taken together with the jewlry, leaving a big hole on a side. Now Macy’s refuses to make a refund or replace the item. And I cannot place a claim on the UPS webpage, because the claim is blocked by the store. I realy want the company to know and investigat the case, because someone in the delivery chain is stealing. The person who took the item knew what was inside. And that raises big questions regarding the protection and security measures taken by the company. And now I’m left with no jewlry and no money.

A while back, Macy's shut down my
by Barb Lopez

A while back, Macy's shut down my account without a heads-up because I didn't use it much. Despite the online account lingering, I decided to give Macy's another shot after avoiding it for years due to their subpar procedures. I opened a new account, made a purchase, and got the bill. Trying to pay online hit a snag, claiming I already had an account. The first person I spoke to didn't grasp the issue, and we ended up going in circles. Eventually, she shuffled me to another person who, after numerous holds, promised a code for a refresh. Instead, he sent permission for texts and ads, then insisted on mailing a letter. After two frustrating hours, I gave up. Seeking a supervisor, I waited a while only to be told nothing could be done. I declared I was canceling my account, bid farewell, and thought I hung up, but the supervisor lingered silently on the line. My husband advised leaving the account open but unused. As I contemplated using another credit card, a voice chimed in, "I am still here, and yes, you can use another credit card," in an overly cheerful manner. Unimpressed with their lack of assistance and the sneaky tactic, I vowed never to set foot in Macy's again. I settled my bill with the first customer service rep and have no interest in Macy's or their credit card anymore.

Macys isn't great. The place is untidy, clothes scattered on the floor, and the dressing room is not clean. Wonder if they ever clean it. The clothes selection is not good, not cute or appealing, more like something for my grandma. The store has an outdated look, like it's stuck in the 1990s and hasn't been cleaned since then. It's hard to find someone to help, and the customer service is lacking. The clothes are low quality but cost a lot. Save your money and check out Target or Zara instead. Macys closing stores might be a relief because this store is just not up to par. The only thing valuable might be their real estate.

Macy's in Jensen Beach is a major letdown, especially for women's clothing shoppers
by Blank

Macy's in Jensen Beach is a major letdown, especially for women's clothing shoppers. The store boasts an overwhelming abundance of furniture and suitcases, leaving much to be desired in the women's fashion department. The plus-size section is relegated to the second floor in the markdown section, offering limited choices

My last experience with Macy's has left me thoroughly disappointed
by albert simmons

My last experience with Macy's has left me thoroughly disappointed. Despite returning a gift with a provided gift receipt, I never received the promised credit on my Macy's card. A frustrating five-week ordeal ensued, involving multiple calls to different representatives. Shockingly, I was informed that Macy's no longer honors gift receipts and that the refund was issued to the original purchaser, completely disregarding the purpose of the gift receipt. As a loyal cardholder for over 20 years, this policy shift and the subsequent customer service lapses have driven me to sever ties with Macy's. A once-reliable retailer seems to have lost its commitment to customer satisfaction.
