Horrible service

I ordered a cream colored sweater, size L and received a dark blue cotton jacket, size medium. I paid by credit card. I called and told them the problem and that I wasn’t going to pay to have it returned. After some discussion, they finally agreed to send me a return label and I sent it back via UPS. I received the correct sweater. Yesterday I received a bill for the second for the second sweater! I called again, they said they didn’t receive the returned jacket. Luckily I still had the return tracking number so they finally said they’d delete the charge. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A HASSLE FROM BEGINNING TO END!

I recently had a terrible

I recently had a terrible experience with this company. They claim to sell name-brand products, but what I got was total junk. I feel completely scammed. I tried to get a refund, but they refuse to give my money back. It's clear they're involved in false advertising and fraud. Also, they partner with Blanbutton, which has a lot of bad reviews. It's not just me; they're scamming everyone. This has to stop. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them at all costs. It's a waste of money and time. Be careful out there.

I couldn't do it online because it wouldn't

I couldn't do it online because it wouldn't let me put in the 3 number code on the credit card. Someone came online to help by giving her all that I had ordered along with the credit information. However, she tried to sell me more, and I said the reason I do online is I do not want to be pressured into buying things I do not want. She finally stoped and completed the order.

Ordered on Jan. 12, received on Feb. 8, delayed from the promised delivery. The post office cited a hazard material label due to a battery tester, though no batteries were included. It took an unexpected 4 weeks to arrive in Nebraska via ground shipping. Suggesting better communication within the company regarding hazardous materials labeling is necessary.

Had no issues with getting my order or delivery speed. Encountered problems with two out of five items. 1- Desk lamp had a flimsy stand; had to use extra tape to make it stable. 2- Cheap plastic gloves - fingers were hard to use and didn't fit well. 3- Doorbell didn't work; broken part inside made it impossible to use. Overall, product quality was lacking.

My first order wasn't good

My first order wasn't good. Someone had attitude, but when I said something, it got better. I got all I ordered, but one jeans was damaged. I called, and the talk was nice. They said to toss it 'cause it was so wrecked. I did, but got new ones, all good. I'd order again. Liked what I got, plus free stuff and delivery, though handling not so good.

I used to like ordering

I used to like ordering from Starcrest, but recently found out they’ve been charging me a monthly fee for a VIP rewards program. What’s annoying is I never signed up for this, and I didn’t even know it existed. So frustrating to find out after three months! Now I’m left feeling pretty disappointed with them. Thought they were better than this.

Out of the five items I ordered, two of them were good quality, and they were both bras. However, even though they were the same size, one of them was extremely small. Unfortunately, the high shipping costs to return it made it not worth the effort for me.
