I'm so happy with this customer service team! Everyone here is nice and helpful, very attentive to all my needs and questions. I have 2 links that are always checked for good performance and location. I had a problem recently with one of my links and it was resolved rather quickly on their end. I can email at any time or call and talk to one of the representatives during work hours, and not get a robot! I honestly don't just feel like a customer, but family. I say this because that's how I feel. It doesn't matter my question or problem with my links, I know it will be treated with extreme care! We had a beloved pet pass away 2 days ago and they made a donation in his name to honor him. I highly recommend being a part of this family!

I'm so happy with this customer service team! Everyone is nice and helpful, really pays attention to all my needs and questions. I got 2 links that they always watch to make sure they're working well and in the right place. Recently had a problem with one link but they fixed it pretty quick. I can email or call during work hours and talk to a real person, not a robot! Honestly, I feel like part of the family, not just a customer. No matter what problem I have with my links, I know they'll take good care of it! Our pet passed away 2 days ago and they donated in his name, which meant a lot.

One star reluctantly given. I mistakenly assumed the collar I ordered lacked GPS capabilities, based on reviews criticizing the GPS functionality. However, it turned out to be an entirely different unit. Returning it required a call to customer service for an email with the address-only details. The process demands trust as you drop your item in the mail without any proof. In the holiday season, this feels risky. The reviews sadly reflect a lack of consideration for customer concerns. Caution advised for potential buyers.

My experience with Link's GPS has been disappointing. While it functions adequately in the vicinity of my home, the moment my dog ventures out on a walk with my spouse, it fails to pinpoint his location even within a neighborhood setting. The unreliability poses a serious concern, especially in scenarios where locating a runaway pet is crucial. Unfortunately, I can't rely on Link to effectively track my dog's movements beyond the immediate surroundings.

We turned our family exercise

We turned our family exercise challenge into a blast. Tracking how much our Boxador gets his daily steps has become a fun competition for all of us. It's no shocker that Mom and Dad are the reigning champions when it comes to walking the dog. The built-in light has been a lifesaver for our evening strolls in our dimly lit neighborhood. So far, we haven't had to use the GPS tracking feature, but we did give it a test run, and it worked like a charm.

I bought two collars as gifts and encountered issues with the purchasing process. It's inconvenient for customers looking to pre-pay a subscription. Despite reaching out to the help line, I received no assistance. Additionally, the delivery of the gift collars did not align with the forecasted date. This overall experience was quite disappointing.

Link's customer service rocks! I'm also thrilled that I can keep tabs on my dog's activity and log our walks. It'd be awesome if I could integrate my dog's exercise data with mine in a single app, but for now, it's doing a fantastic job at keeping both of us healthy and active.

Worst of the worst. Scam, scam, scam

Worst of the worst. Scam, scam, scam! Kept billing my Visa even after my pet died. Spent 4 years trying, but they never tried to solve it. Then I get an email saying they wrongly charged me again, claiming it was due to a similar address. Terrible company and business habits!
