    I gotta share my journey

I gotta share my journey with Lin Health's pain management program. It's not just another quick fix; it's a deep dive into understanding your own pain. My coach is amazing, really listens and guides me through every step. It's like peeling back layers of an onion, realizing how my thoughts were making things worse. They use all these cool tools like CBT and something called somatic tracking, which at first sounded fancy, but really helps. It's not overnight magic, but every week I notice small changes. The patience pays off, and I'm starting to feel hopeful about managing my chronic pain in the long run. If you're struggling, it's definitely worth checking out.

    It's worth it

I recently tried this program, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer. The care kits? Super handy, and the extra videos and materials my coach recommended made everything click. But really, the heart of it all is the coach. Mine was Vanessa, and she was just incredible. Every time we wrapped up a session, I'd leave feeling more confident and positive about things. Vanessa always had these amazing tools and tips that seemed to fit just right with what I needed. I never felt lost or overwhelmed. It's like having a personal cheerleader who knows exactly what you need. If you're on the fence, just dive in. It's worth it.

I used to overlook the importance of pain management, but this program completely shifted my perspective. Now, I'm all about focusing on recovery and finding solutions. The program is top-notch, truly state-of-the-art. My coach? She's phenomenal at what she does. Honestly, she's a game-changer. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The way she guides me through every step is just amazing. The whole approach is so different from anything I’ve tried before. It's really making a difference in my life. If you're serious about recovery and pain management, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

    I've been dealing with chronic

I've been dealing with chronic pain for more than ten years. It felt like a never-ending cycle of symptoms and fear. Then, I found Lin Health, and everything changed. Learning about retraining the brain from pain was the key I was missing. Coach Andrea has been amazing, always there with support and encouragement as I go through this brain retraining journey. The neuroscience and pain education approach they use really makes a difference, but you have to be ready to put in the work and time. For anyone still fighting chronic pain, trust me, there's hope—try Lin Health, you won't be disappointed!

    I've had an amazing ride

I've had an amazing ride with Lin. After 8 months, I'm about 90% better, and that's huge for me. I dealt with these symptoms for most of my life, but they got really bad in the last few years. I used to think my health problems were a big part of who I was, but now I feel free from that! Every day, I feel thankful for how far I've come. Special shoutout to my coach, Henry Raess. He listened to all my struggles and stories and always understood. He's given me so many tips that I use daily. He pushed me just the right amount. Can't say enough good things. This journey has been unforgettable!

    You know, dealing with hemiplegic

You know, dealing with hemiplegic migraines isn't exactly a walk in the park. My neurologist suggested this program, and honestly, it's been quite the journey. It's not your usual migraine gig since my situation's a bit unique, but there's something about their approach that clicks. I've even passed the word to a fellow migraine warrior. Now, not every module hits home for me, but the ones that do are like gold. I find myself diving back into them quite often. If you're wrestling with migraines, I'd say it's worth a shot. It's not perfect, but when it works, it really makes a difference.

Joining this program was a game-changer for me

Man, joining this program was a game-changer for me. I had anxiety but no physical pain when I started. Alex, my coach, was incredible. She helped me go deeper and uncover pain I thought could only be fixed with surgery. I always believed it was a real physical issue. Through mind/body exercises, I realized the pain was connected to my anxiety. Slowly, the anxiety faded, and the pain lessened, sometimes even disappearing. Alex's support and the way she helped me rethink everything made a huge difference. Now, I understand how much our mind influences our body, and I feel so much better.

    I never thought I could

I never thought I could make such progress, especially with everything I've been dealing with like fibromyalgia, anxiety, and emotional pain. My coach's patience and honesty played a huge role in this. Their encouragement kept me going, even when it felt like I was taking two steps forward and three back. Now, seeing the improvements is so motivating. It’s true—old dogs can learn new tricks. At 75, I didn't think my old habits could change, but they are. It’s a slow journey, but the daylight I see now is so worth it. I feel more hopeful and energized than I have in years.

I started working with my Lin coach without any expectations, just curious to see if it could help. Wow, what a difference it made! Realizing my brain was behind my pain? Total game changer. Somatic tracking? Never even heard of it before, but now I can’t imagine managing pain without it. Big shoutout to the doc at my pain clinic for pointing me towards Lin. This whole experience has been super enlightening and really helped me understand and control my pain in ways I never thought possible. I'm genuinely thankful for this journey and all that I've learned.

    Before meeting Lin, my days

Before meeting Lin, my days were a blur of pain and exhaustion from arthritis and fibromyalgia. Then, in just three months, everything shifted. Lin taught me how to reframe my thoughts, and suddenly, I found myself handling work better than ever. What's crazy is I even have energy left for stuff I love by the weekend. It's like I've reclaimed a part of my life that I thought was gone forever. Lin's approach isn’t magic, but it feels like it. If you've been struggling like I was, Lin might be the game-changer you need.

I'm learning a lot. Lauren, my coach, is great. She helps me connect with info on the Linhealth app. Last week was tough with pain, but I got through and went back to my new mantra, "...I improve every day." Despite the pain, I stayed more in control. Overall, my experiences with Linhealth modules have been positive and helpful, even during painful episodes. I believe things will improve. ...I haven't felt like this in years.

I’ve been using the Lin Health program for a bit now, and it's been quite a ride. Honestly, didn't expect much at first, but boy was I wrong. My chronic pain has eased up in ways I didn't think were possible. It's not all gone, but I can actually get through my day without feeling like I'm dragging a boulder behind me. If you're stuck in that pain rut, this might be worth a shot. It's not magic, but it sure feels close.

I've been with Lin Health for about 3 months and I've learned a lot about handling chronic pain. Plus, how the brain reacts to long-term chronic pain. I'm just starting to learn how to change my thinking patterns and, in turn, lower the pain in my body. Very intrsting stuff. I'm happy with what I've seen so far and highly recommend anyone looking for chronic pain relief to try Lin Health.

I’ve been dealing with pain from peripheral neuropathy

I’ve been dealing with pain from peripheral neuropathy that’s gotten worse over the years. I’ve been on different meds, which help a bit, but the pain still sticks around. I joined LinHealth with an open mind, willing to try different things. I have a coach I talk with every week and stuff to work on between calls. I’m 7 weeks in now and I can honestly say there’s been real change. I’ve even started lowering some of my meds. I’ve been picking up new ways to manage the pain, how to notice it early and what to do when it spikes. I’ve had way less bad days and nights lately. It’s not magic and you do need to stick with it, but you realy can teach your brain to handle pain in a new way. It just takes a bit of time.

    A beneficial experience

Lin Health has really changed how I see pain management. The personal coach is such a great help, making the program feel really tailored to my needs. Honestly, I wish it was a bit quicker. After six weeks, it feels like we’re just starting to dig into the main parts of reprogramming my brain. I get that everyone’s journey is unique, so it makes sense that it's hard to customize the program for everyone. But still, I feel like the progress could be faster. Overall, it's been a beneficial experience and has given me new insights into handling pain.

    Pretty awesome app!

You know, this app is pretty awesome. It's super easy to use and packed with cool features. I can message my coach anytime, even at 3 AM if I need to, and there's always guided meditation and learning stuff ready. I love chilling at home in my PJ's, learning about managing pain. It's stuff I've never heard of before, even after years of dealing with chronic pain. It's kinda liberating, really, being able to get support and learn new things without having to go anywhere. This app has made a big difference for me.

    Surprise Billing

Lin Health made me give them my insurance information before I could register as a patient. They broke it down with me explicitly, telling me I would incur one $30 charge for my intake consultation and one $30 charge for my 3 coaching sessions, $60 total. I paid my $30 had my intake and a month later received a random charge for $24, with no bill or invoice on the app. They said it was for "uncovered charges" except they told me how much it would cost me out of pocket before I was even allowed to fully register. Then I also got a random $20 charge too. Had to cancel my card for their fraud, I have no idea how much more they plan to charge me while I have kidney failure.
