I would not recommend this company. They do not deliver on their promises. They use misleading methods to take your money, and even after the service is not given, they make it very difficult to get your refund. It took me weeks to get back a portion of what I paid, only $75 out of the $150 I spent.

I would recommend staying away from these brokers, especially if they go by names like Shawn, Mike, or Jack. Once they start asking for money, it's best to end the call and look for a more reliable company. There's a high chance you'll lose your money, and your car will never be shipped. They may also increase the price once you're involved. Never use CashApp for payments—it's usually a sign of a scam! These guys don't seem professional and just talk on the phone without offering real solutions.

I asked for a quote for a specific date. I got my quote but chose not to go with HS Logistics. I thanked "Ben Hill" and let him know I found other options. However, he and "John Null" keep messaging me constantly, saying they have a driver near me. Today, I received three texts asking if I would like their help for a transport that was already done yesterday, along with another apology for the texts. If you don't choose them, they seem to keep contacting you again and again.

Beware of this company, my experience mirrors others. They initially offered me a low quote, but suddenly the driver’s vehicle “malfunctions,” requiring a new driver that costs $300 extra. After agreeing, they hit me with another $250 charge for their fee, making the total cost skyrocket. Avoid this company at all costs, it’s a total scam and I’ll be reporting them to the state Attorney General’s office for fraudulent actions.
