I went to the Stevensville Maryland Hardee's on April 15th. Hardee's is my favorite for breakfast, food is fresh and staff is friendly. Becky, Beth, Clint, and Nikki are always friendly and take care of customers.

I was hopeful when I placed an online order for drive-thru pickup through the app. The order confirmation said it would be ready by 1:35 p.m., and I got in the drive-thru line at 1:37. It's fair to note there were a few customers ahead of me, but they moved through quickly. Things took a turn when, at the kiosk by 1:47 p.m., I was informed that I needed to come inside to collect my food. (Maybe Hardee's could learn a thing or two from Starbucks about efficient service.) During my wait inside, I observed four out of six or seven employees engaged in casual conversations. I had ordered five chicken tenders, but what I received were lukewarm nuggets, and yes, there were only five. The French fries were cold and floppy, the slaw container was only half-full, and the Texas Toast was both cold and soggy. While I asked for sweet tea, I was initially served Pepsi, and although they promptly replaced it, it was the only aspect of my experience that was rectified. Despite enjoying Hardee's burgers in the past, I doubt I'll return to the nearest store. If I ever decide to use Hardee's again, I hope they address their management and staffing issues, as it seems challenging to find dedicated employees. Perhaps considering other individuals, like immigrants eager for work, could be a solution. My advice: don't count on a smooth drive-thru experience at Hardee's.

Ellenwood ga 3062, not something I had in mind. A pal recommended it, and what I witnessed on my plate with tenders was beyond belief. A pesky fly 🪰 decided to join the feast, and needless to say, I was far from amused. My plate ended up in the bin, no second thoughts.

Our experience at Hardee's in Mocksville, NC, was notably frustrating. Despite a straightforward order—my request for a low-carb bacon double cheeseburger and a drink, and my son's preference for a hotdog sans onions—the outcome was far from expected. I received a combo instead of the requested items, and my son's hotdog still came with onions. The final bill, totaling $28, raised eyebrows considering the perceived simplicity of our orders. This discrepancy left us questioning the accuracy of the order fulfillment system and the overall value we received. Unfortunately, this visit did little to inspire confidence in the accuracy and quality of our dining experience at Hardee's.

I had a disappointing experience at Hardee's in Strasburg, Ohio. The food presentation was sloppy; it seemed like it was thrown into the bag without care. Fries were at the bottom, possibly worse for wear. The sandwich construction was messy, with all the ham on one side. Adding to the disappointment, the manager was rude and lacked courtesy. Despite reaching out to address the issue, I received no resolution or acknowledgment in two months. This lack of customer care and quality control is disheartening, and I won't be returning.
