On May 28, 2024, I went to Five Guys in Woodbridge, Store number VA 4040 and the owners should look at the tape and see what was about to happen with an order. The order was #62 and was for the hamburger and small cajun fries. Notice how the customer moves around and figure out why by watching the cook as she prepares the burger toppings and finally the burger. The burger and fries were very good as usual, but a few months ago I ordered the same order and when I got home the burger had none of the toppings and it was old and dried and I was puzzled and disappointed.

Whenever I place an order, they always forget an item. This happens regularly, and when I called to express how annoying it is to keep missing things, they just told me to accept it. I refused to agree and mentioned that I spend a lot of money each time I order, but still end up missing items. The person on the line said he’d try to help, put me on hold, and then just hung up. Their service is unhelpful and impolite.

I recently went to the Five Guys at Staines Two Rivers and had a very bad experience with the service. After I used the washroom, the manager came over and started shouting at me, claiming I used the facilities without buying anything. This kind of rude behavior is not right, especially from a manager who should be more professional. This place needs to make some serious changes.

Ordered phone for pickup at 3:27pm.

Ordered phone for pickup at 3:27pm. Told 10 mins. Wife stops by at 3:57pm, pays, walks up to find it just sitting there—no call-out as usual. Had to be remade. 4 kitchen workers left, leaving just one guy. Can't believe they get paid for this. Corporate needs to know!

Went to five guys on Brown Street dayton near UD. Food was terrible & overpriced $26 for a hotdog small hamburger & fries felt robbed of money never going back. They used to be a nice place, not anymore.

We had an issue with our order at Five Guys. Kamelia, the manger, was great. She fixed it quickly and without drama. Food was good. Good service.
