The service here is just awful and the food is crap.

The service here is just awful and the food is crap. Lettuce was soggy and old. Half of my toppings were missing. I ordered the southwest salad but there were no tortilla strips and or tomatoes.

Visited Jack Box at the beach and Bolsa at the 15232 location. The breakfast manager there has a pretty bad attitude. I asked for a soda refill, and she ignored me at first. When I asked again, she said no. I tried the machine myself, and she turned it off completely. When I asked for my receipt, she said she didn't care about it and told me to leave or she'd call the cops. When I asked for her name, she covered her tag and went to the back. Overall, not a great experience with the breakfast manager.

I was looking forward to trying Jack

I was looking forward to trying Jack in the Box's new boba tea and coffee offerings. However, I was let down by the misleading advertising regarding the amount of tapioca in the drink. The photos showcased a substantial amount, but in reality, it only had a thin layer at the cup's bottom. Lesson learned. Unfortunately, I can't share a photo on this site.

On 2/15/24, I made a routine app order, a weekly occurrence. Post-confirmation and debit, I arrived at the store to discover closure due to staffing issues. Despite being charged, the store was deserted, and my attempts to rectify the issue through their website remain unanswered. No refund has been initiated, leaving me unsatisfied with their customer service.

I explicitly emphasized a NO CHERRY preference for my milkshake, but lo and behold, it arrived adorned with an unwanted cherry. I have a cherry allergy, mind you. This mishap occurred via DoorDash. If this milkshake leads to my demise, legal action from my family is imminent!
