The company is not very good. They messed up my order by giving me doubles instead of singles, even though I clearly asked for singles. I just accepted it because I didn't want to waste it, but I didn't want a big burger.

Store #1100133 in Poway, specifically my experience with Order 404533, left much to be desired. The drive-thru proved to be a time-consuming ordeal, lasting over 20 minutes after 12:30. To compound matters, the order accuracy was severely lacking. Despite clearly specifying a spicy western bacon combo with waffle fries at the speaker, the final order at the window included regular fries and a regular western bacon cheeseburger instead of the spicy variant I had paid for. This experience fell short of expectations, highlighting notable issues in both efficiency and order precision.
