Avoid. I ordered 2 kettlebells with a delivery date within 4 working days. They didnt arrive and after contacting the company I was told that they where on order with a dispatch date in a months time. Despite telling me otherwise I received no correspondence from them telling me about the this delay and if I hadnt contacted them I would still be none the wiser. I have now sent three emails clearly requesting cancellation of my order and a full refund. In response I have received emails which appear to be stalling my request, offering me a credit note, future discount etc.. if I continue with my order. I have never experienced anything like this previously and there seems something very wrong with the way this company does business. I will definitely not be going anywhere near them again in the future and I only wish I had seen their reviews before I ordered from them. If I do not receive a full refund I will be contacting trading standards over the matter and pursuing my money through small claims court. Total sham ! Bought item from them and still no delivery ! Delivery date for Thursday, never turned up, excuses, delivery date Friday, never turned up, more excuses, delivery date today, been told not turning up with more excuses that I now know are blatant lies ! Tried to complain and pointless

I felt satisfied unboxing because the materials matched the photos. Slightly snug fit against the size chart, but it held up well after a wash.

Rubber smell faded fast and the knurling feels grippy, not harsh. I felt confident racking them after a week of lifts. Good balance and finish.

Avoid at all costs!

I placed my order for a *** on 6th January 2026. It is now 23rd January. The item was not delivered on the delivery date, and no update was provided. The company's phone line is set permanently to "We are closed" despite numerous calls during their advertised opening hours, over a period of several days. I have so far attempted to contact them 5 times via their **** email address, and I've yet to receive an answer to my concern. I am now in the process of seeking to recover the £500 via my credit card company.
