I ordered something on 12/7

I ordered something on 12/7 and got a notification that it was ready to ship by 12/11. But here's the thing, the tracking number shows the package hasn't even been picked up yet. I've sent multiple emails, trying to get in touch with someone, but no luck. No one seems to respond. It's been frustrating waiting and not getting any answers. I was really looking forward to this order, but now I'm just stuck in limbo. Feels like I'm shouting into a void here. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

I bought a sweatshirt on November 13th, 2024, and got a confirmation email right away. But here I am, still waiting for it. I've tried calling and emailing them multiple times, but no luck. It's starting to feel like I've been scammed. Their phone number doesn’t even ring, and the voicemail is always full. It's really frustrating when you can't get any response. I just want my sweatshirt or at least some answers. This whole situation has left me really disappointed.

Ordered a sweatshirt on 12/8 and got charged right away. They made a USPS shipping label on 12/10, but USPS doesn't seem to have it. Tried reaching out to Godmerch, but no luck there.
